Job summary

CNH Industrial in India seeks an experienced Hydraulic Systems Engineer to lead selection, sizing and integration of hydraulic components for construction equipment. You will perform calculations, create hydraulic schematics, and run simulations to ensure robust layouts.

The role requires deep knowledge of Creo 3D modeling, 2D drafting, and hydraulic tools, with a strong background in DFMEA concepts and PLM workflows. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of industry experience.
• Experience in sizing and design of hydrostatic drives, valves, pumps, plumbing routing & brackets.
• Ability to interpret results from FEA and use hydraulic simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Select and size hydraulic components for construction equipment including skid steer loader, backhoe, excavator, and compactor.
• Perform calculations, create hydraulic schematics, and conduct simulations.
• Integrate hydraulic parts into equipment layout and CAD drawings; prepare 2D drawings.
• Address PIR resolution, DFMEA, test requests and design documentation.
• Resolve customer complaints and conduct field visits as necessary.
