We are looking for a Project cum Cost Analyst for our Ringus Plant who will be responsible for supporting project planning and execution, monitoring project progress, analyzing project costs, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, within timelines and budget.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of manufacturing operations, project management, cost analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning, execution, and implementation at the Ringus Plant.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and overall progress.
- Conduct project cost analysis, including budget tracking, actual vs. planned costs, and variance analysis.
- Prepare regular project cost and progress reports for management review.
- Provide analytical insights to identify cost-saving opportunities and potential project risks.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and other relevant teams for smooth project execution.
- Apply technical knowledge of manufacturing operations to understand project requirements and operational challenges.
- Support day-to-day plant operations wherever required to ensure continuity and effective execution of ongoing initiatives.
- Track project activities, action items, dependencies, and pending deliverables.
- Organize and coordinate project review meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action points.
- Maintain proper project-related documentation, records, and document retention for future reference and audits.
- Prepare MIS, dashboards, presentations, and other reports related to project progress and costs.
- Ensure effective team communication and coordination among all stakeholders.
- Identify deviations in project scope, timelines, and costs and **escalate** critical issues to the concerned stakeholders.
- Support management in evaluating project performance and making informed decisions based on data and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with organizational processes, documentation standards, and project governance requirements.

Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline. MBA/PGDM in Operations, Finance, or Project Management will be an added advantage.
- Experience: 3–7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, project management, plant operations, cost analysis, or a similar role.
- Experience in a manufacturing plant/project environment will be preferred.
