Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of total working experience in related domain.
• Fluent knowledge of project execution best practices in design and manufacturing.
• Fluent knowledge of cost structure of design and manufacturing processes in electro-mechanical domain.
• Fluent knowledge of ISO9001/AS9100 standards.
• Fluent understanding of lean & six sigma principles.
• Clear and concise written & verbal English language communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tasks on-time and within budget.
• Prepare project budgets—cost, effort, and compliance.
• Receive and inward new project information and compliance standards in company PDM & ERP system.
• Track project progress across all functions and submit weekly status to customer.
• Manage engineering/scope change requests across functions and ensure implementation.
• Organise and conduct stage reviews with function leaders to achieve goals.
• Prepare technical delivery documents—quality certificates, inspection reports, etc.

About the Role:

We are lookingfor a Specialist - Contract Management (Project), whothrives in a high performance and fast paced technicalenvironment. As a Specialist within the Contract Management(Project) team, you will be responsible for performing allcritical tasks, ensuring that our customer receives a great product.

What you'll deliver:

• Work to teamplan & deliver your tasks on-time & within budget
• Evaluate yourwork progress to the plan and make required course corrections
• Receive andInward new project information and compliance standards incompany PDM & ERP system
• Prepareproject budget - cost, effort(hr) and compliance standardbased on agreed scope of work (SOW)
• Study customerinput and prepare detailed project scope, risk reportincluding propose mitigation actions
• Issuecommercial clearance to APQP function including projectgoals, budget, risks and make/buy information
• Swiftlyresolve clarification request with customer in clear andconcise communication
• Track projectprogress across all functions, prepare and submit weeklystatus to customer
• Manageengineering/scope change requests from customer and ensurethat it is implemented in all functions
• Organise andConduct stage reviews with all concerned function leaders toensure project goals are achieved
