Job summary

Talentrouters is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering project professional in Ahmedabad to lead planning and coordination for a heavy manufacturing industrial project. You will drive MIS reporting, MS Projects, and advanced Excel dashboards, leverage AI tools for reporting efficiency, and coordinate with site teams, consultants, and internal departments.

Immediate to 15 days notice, BE/B.Tech Civil, 8+ years experience, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 8+ years of project planning and coordination experience.
• Proficient in MIS reporting, MS Projects, and advanced Excel for dashboards.
• Experience in heavy manufacturing industrial projects and site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning and execution across teams.
• Track schedules, progress, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare, update, and maintain MIS reports and project documentation.
• Support project managers in planning, reporting, and coordination activities.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Use Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard preparation.
• Leverage AI tools for improving reporting efficiency, coordination, and documentation workflows.
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, contractors, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
• Maintain records related to project progress, timelines, and resource coordination.
• Assist in identifying project risks, delays, and coordination gaps, and support corrective actions.
• Ensure proper communication flow between all project stakeholders.
