Job summary

Alki Building Solutions in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Site Engineer to coordinate day-to-day waterproofing activities at project sites. You will review project drawings, approved methodology, and work schedules to ensure smooth execution.

You will plan manpower, materials, tools, and equipment with the project team, coordinate with main contractor, consultants, subcontractors, and site engineers, and maintain material requirement schedules and progress records.

Qualifications

• Coordinate day-to-day waterproofing activities at project sites.
• Review project drawings, specifications, approved methodology, and work schedules.
• Plan manpower, materials, tools, and equipment requirements in coordination with the project team.
• Coordinate with the main contractor, consultants, subcontractors, and site engineers.
• Prepare material requirement schedules based on project progress.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily progress reports and waterproofing work records.
• Prepare quantity measurements, consumption reports, reconciliation statements, and material tracking reports.
• Maintain approved material submittals, method statements, test reports, and inspection records.
• Support preparation and submission of RA bills and final bills.
