Job summary

Alki Building Solutions is seeking a site-based supervisor to lead waterproofing activities at the project site in India. The role involves ensuring compliance with drawings, method statements, and manufacturer recommendations, while coordinating daily tasks for waterproofing workers.

The candidate will monitor workmanship, track material usage, and supervise applicators and labourers to meet production targets and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day waterproofing activities at the project site.
• Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, method statements, specifications, and manufacturer recommendations.
• Allocate daily work areas and activities to waterproofing workers.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure proper application procedures are followed
• Monitor daily material usage and maintain consumption records
• Supervise waterproofing applicators and labourers.
• Monitor daily manpower and productivity.
