The Project Coordinator– One Stop Elderly Centre(OSEC) is responsible for driving the establishment,management, and sustainability of an integrated elderly care hub ,ensuring delivery of preventive, primitive, and rehabilitative services underone roof. The role is accountable for end-to-endprogram planning, implementation, service quality, stakeholder engagement, andperformance outcomes , aligned with organizational goals and donorcommitments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Planning & Implementation
- Lead setup, operationalization, and expansion of OSEC centres atassigned locations
- Develop annual work plans,budgets, and implementation strategies
- Ensure infrastructure,staffing, and systems are aligned with OSEC standards
2. Service Delivery & Quality Assurance
- Oversee day-to-day delivery of integratedservices , including:
- Healthcare, physiotherapy, psycho-socialsupport
- Legal aid, social securityfacilitation
- Day care, recreation, anddigital literacy
- Ensure services are accessible, inclusive, andbeneficiary-centric
- Monitor service quality, utilization, andbeneficiary satisfaction
3. Partnership & Stakeholder Management
- Build and managepartnerships with:
- Hospitals, NGOs,community-based organizations
- Enable service convergence for healthcare,pensions, insurance, and legal support
- Managementof referral cases to territory care hospitals
- Engage local stakeholdersand CSR partners for program sustainability
4. Team Management & Capacity Building
- Supervise OSEC staff, includingoutreach workers & Physiotherapist
- Build team capacity usingstructured training and Trainingof Trainers (ToT) models
- Ensure strong performance management and supportivesupervision
5. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
- Develop and track program indicators, outputs, andoutcomes.
- Strengthen MIS systemsandensure data quality andaccuracy
- Submit timely program reports tointernal and donor stakeholders
- Conduct regular field visits, audits, and reviewmeetings.
- Manage program budgets, ensure cost-effectiveness, andmonitor utilization.
- Ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines and donorrequirements.
- Regular donor reporting and communication through stateteam.
7. Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Document best practices, case studies, and successstories.
- Support research, learning, and dissemination ofprogram insights.
- Contribute to evidence-building for scaling the OSECmodel
- Operational One Stop ElderlyCentres serving targeted beneficiary coverage
- Improved access to healthcare, social security, andpsychosocial support for elderly.
- Strong community and institutional partnerships
- High-quality program, financial, and impact reporting
- Documented case studies / best practices annually
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’sdegree in Social Work / Public Health / Development Studies / relatedfield.
- Preferably3–5 years of experience in program management, preferably in elderly care,health, or community development or in managing urban and community-basedservice centres
- Experiencein managing multi-stakeholder projects and donor-funded programs.
- Strongprogram management and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of elderly welfare schemes & social protection systems
- Monitoring& evaluation and reporting expertise.
- Problem-solvingand decision-making skills.
- Abilityto work in dynamic environments.
- Should be sensitive to the cause of theorganisation
