Job summary

Udyogwardhini in Nashik seeks a Project Manager to define implementation strategies and oversee end-to-end programs across training locations. You will screen trainers and vendors and ensure donor timelines are met.

You will manage data reporting for donor requirements and conduct entrepreneurship development sessions, with travel across project sites. The role requires a business mindset and the ability to coordinate multiple teams.

• Responsible for defining project implementation & execution strategies and monitor end-to-end projects across assigned locations
• Indulge in screening & finalizing trainers/vendors/associates for the project & ensure smooth operations of projects across all training locations
• Responsible for the success rate of the program at 70% for business establishment, growth & development of trained beneficiaries and delivery as per donor timelines.
• Coordinate with all associates/project teams while ensuring proper execution of all events like batch inaugurations, donor visits, certifications events, assessment events as well as conduct weekly review meetings over project status
