This role sits within the Business Intelligence function in Jaipur, supporting entrepreneurship training (ENT) cohorts as part of Pratham's livelihoods and skilling work.

Role

The role involves extensive fieldwork and regular reporting to ensure timely, high-quality implementation of assigned work plans.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field
• Willingness to travel extensively; two-wheeler preferred
• Target and deadline oriented
• Computer proficiency in MS Office (including Power Excel, Pivot & VLookup)
• Familiarity with Google & AI tools, Canva, basic photo & video editing, and ChatGPT
• Able to commit to the role for at least one year
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages
• Ability to work as a catalyst in team planning and organizing
• Strong situation handling, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Experience or interest in women's training and youth teaching
