Job summary

Ravi Energie Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Project Co-Ordinator with 1-3 years of project management experience. This role requires a BE (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or BSc qualification and involves coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to ensure timely project delivery.

The candidate will handle planning, inventory, and stakeholder communication while ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines. This is a full-time on-site position based in Gujarat.

Qualifications

• BE Mechanical, BE Electrical, BE Civil, or BSc in any field.
• 1 year PM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.
• Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track project progress.
• Manage inventory required to execute the project.
• Identify, resolve and record issues on daily basis.
• Verify daily project records from ground employees.
• Manage financial resources and project performance evaluation.
• Coordinate with internal and external officials for flawless project execution.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Report and escalate to upper management as needed.

Experience: 1- 3 years of relevant experience (project management)

Role & responsibilities:

• Ensure that projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
• Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project
• Manage inventory required to execute the project
• Identify, resolve and record issues that arise on daily basis
• Verify the daily project records received from ground employees
• Managing financial resources
• Performance Evaluation of the Project, downline employees, vendors
• Coordinate with internal and external working level officials for the flawless execution of projects
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Report and escal*ate* to upper management as and when needed
