Job summary

Jupisol Power India is seeking a Project Coordinator in Surat, Gujarat to ensure projects run smoothly and meet timelines. You will coordinate between internal teams, track progress, and enforce SOPs while proactively addressing delays.

The role requires 2+ years in operations, a engineering-related degree, strong planning and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets. Full-time position with competitive salary and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations (solar industry preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering or related field.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Track project schedules, milestones, and planned vs. actual progress.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Site, Quality, Logistics, Finance, Vendors, and Contractors.
• Ensure activities follow SOPs, processes, and timelines.
• Maintain project trackers, action-item lists, and documentation.
• Follow up with teams on pending activities and ensure timely closure.
• Identify delays, dependencies, and bottlenecks and escalate to Project Manager.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and prepare daily/weekly status reports.
• Record MOMs, action points, owners, and deadlines.
• Ensure proper handover between project stages; support timely completion and handover.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to ensure projects are executed smoothly and completed within the committed timelines. The role involves coordinating between internal teams, tracking project progress, ensuring SOP compliance, following up on pending activities, and proactively identifying delays or bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities

• Track project schedules, milestones, and planned vs. actual progress.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Site, Quality, Logistics, Finance, Vendors, and Contractors.
• Ensure every project activity is completed as per the defined SOPs, processes, and timelines.
• Maintain project trackers, action-item lists, and project documentation.
• Follow up with responsible teams on pending activities and ensure timely closure.
• Identify potential delays, dependencies, and bottlenecks and escal… to the Project Manager.
• Conduct regular project follow-ups and prepare daily/weekly status reports.
• Record MOMs, action points, owners, and committed deadlines.
• Ensure proper coordination and handover between different stages of the project.
• Support timely project completion, commissioning, handover, and closure.
