Job summary

Vinipro Engineers in Navi Mumbai is seeking a diligent Project Coordinator to help manage project timelines, meetings, and documentation. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to keep schedules on track.

Candidates should have strong written and verbal communication, be able to track progress, capture actions, and support multiple projects and workstreams with effective time management.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining project timelines, schedules, and task lists.
• Coordinating meetings, agendas, and stakeholder communications.
• Supporting project documentation, reporting, and status update.
• Tracking progress and highlighting risks or dependencies.
• Communicating with internal teams and external partners.
• Monitoring resource allocation and timelines, managing small deliverables or workstreams, escalating issues to the project manager, managing workforce and supporting smooth day-to-day project execution.
