Thinkwell Advisory in India seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead interior, construction, and related projects from planning through handover. You will coordinate with clients, site teams, and suppliers, ensuring schedules, quality, and documentation are meticulously managed.

Manage projects from planning and execution to final handover.
Coordinate with clients regarding project requirements, timelines, site conditions, and deliverables.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain regular communication and provide timely project updates to clients.
Coordinate with production, design, purchase, installation, and site teams.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, deadlines, and execution plans.
Track project progress and ensure timely completion.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and issues professionally.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper CRM records, project documentation, and communication history.
Coordinate site visits, measurements, approvals, and material requirements.
Monitor project quality and ensure work is completed as per approved specifications.
Identify project delays or issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Prepare regular project status reports for management.
Ensure proper closure of projects, including final inspection, documentation, and customer feedback.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Project Management, CRM, Interior, Construction, Acoustic, Architecture, or related industries.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer relationship and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of project planning and execution.
Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
Strong reporting and documentation skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience in acoustic products, interior projects, construction, or building-material industries will be an advantage.
