THANAL is seeking a Project Coordinator in Hyderabad, India to support day-to-day execution and ensure activities stay on track.

The role involves coordinating with State Heads, Zonal Heads, field teams and stakeholders, while maintaining MIS, trackers and progress reports. A strong MSW/MPH background with 2+ years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of relevant work experience in NGO project coordination.
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or Master of Public Health (MPH).
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities with good documentation and reporting skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities.
• Work closely with State Heads, Zonal Heads, field teams and project stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, MIS and regular reports.
• Assist with ongoing project activities and operational requirements.
• Support field visits and community engagement activities.
• Assist with team coordination, task allocation and follow-ups.
• Monitor project milestones and support timely completion of activities.
• Identify operational challenges and escalate relevant issues to management.
• Ensure project activities follow established guidelines, procedures and requirements.
