Job summary

IT Resonance Inc in Chennai is seeking a PMO Executive to support project coordination and delivery operations in an IT services environment. The role requires coordinating with SAP teams, contractors, and partner firms to track progress, onboarding, timesheets, and recruitment pipelines.

You will maintain project trackers, dashboards, weekly status reports, and assist with SOW tracking, documentation, and internal audit readiness, while ensuring timely meetings and action follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.
• High attention to detail and ability to enforce process discipline.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
• Experience in SAP delivery environments is advantageous.
• Ability to work with multiregion teams and manage time-sensitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with SAP teams on project updates, deliverables, and escalations.
• Liaise with contractors for onboarding, compliance, and timesheet submissions.
• Work with partner firms to track recruitment needs and candidate pipelines.
• Ensure timesheet discipline across employees and contractors.
• Coordinate with customers for invoice submission, approvals, and payment follow-ups.
• Support account mining by tracking opportunities, org charts, and new initiatives.

Experience: 47 years in PMO, Project Coordination, or Delivery Operations. IT services or multivendor project experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities
