Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities

• Preparing robust college and community outreach plan with partners for timely project implementation
• Maintain dialogue with the existing IPs, institutions and other stakeholders for day to day co-ordination.
• Undertaking field visits for project monitoring
• Preparing and consolidating M&E plan across all the projects and coordinating with team for timely implementation
• Cross functional Communications for data management & hygiene check
• Timely escalation & documentation of any project delays and obstacles
• Identify Capacity Building needs of IPs towards aligning to project requirements
• Producing analytical reports in coordination with project teams
• Ensure success stories are documented and shared periodically for program communication through NF social media handles
• Any other task assigned by line manager depending upon the need and opportunity in the project

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, humanities or related field with at least 4 years of experience
• Experience in non-profit organization and multi sector experience is desired.
• 1-2 years’ previous experience in employability linked skill development training projects is add on.
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
