Job description

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish partnerships with colleges, educational institutions, and relevant stakeholders to support student outreach, mobilization, and scholarship applications.
• Conduct awareness sessions and drive student mobilization to ensure participation from eligible candidates.
• Support the end-to-end scholarship selection process, including application support, document collection, eligibility verification, applicant follow-ups, and onboarding of selected students.
• Coordinate, arrange and facilitate the delivery of student training, mentorship, career readiness sessions, workshops, industry exposure visits, volunteers participation and other engagement activities.
• Liaise with colleges, trainers, mentors, community stakeholders, industries experts and government officials to ensure smooth implementation of project activities.
• Maintain beneficiary data, outreach records, and project documentation, and support monitoring, reporting, testimonials and operational coordination.
• Ensure timely achievement of project targets, student engagement outcomes, and program deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams for effective project implementation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate degree in any discipline; preference for Social Sciences, Education, Management, Development Studies, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in student outreach, community mobilization, education programs, CSR initiatives, scholarship programs, skilling, or youth development projects.
• Experience working with colleges, educational institutions, NGOs, community stakeholders, or youth-focused programs will be preferred.
