Job summary

Premier Solar Systems Pvt Ltd. seeks a skilled Project Control Manager for our Project Execution Team in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. You will oversee planning, scheduling, cost control, and progress measurement across major EPC projects.

The role requires engineering qualifications with credentials like AACE, PMI-SP, or CCP, and strong reporting and stakeholder management abilities. On-site work in a growing energy corridor is expected.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with professional qualifications (AACE, PMI-SP, CCP) preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
• Key Knowledge Areas: Civil & Structure, PEB, Utilities such as HVAC, Process Cooling Water, Exhaust System, Chemical & Gas Distribution System, Electrical Works.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project planning, scheduling, cost control, and progress measurement.
• Develop and maintain integrated project control systems for timely, data-driven decisions.
• Prepare and present detailed reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for stakeholders.
• Identify project risks early and implement robust mitigation strategies.
• Support contract and change management with a commercial mindset.

Job description

Premier is about to setup Large Scale Cell & Module Manufacturing Plants across India, We are looking for a highly skilled Project Control Manager to join our Project Execution Team supporting major projects across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of project planning, scheduling, cost control, and progress measurement Develop and maintain integrated project control systems that support timely and data-driven decision-making
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure cost and schedule alignment with project execution strategies Prepare and present detailed reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for internal and client stakeholders Identify project risks early and implement robust mitigation strategies
• Support contract and change management processes with a commercial mindset
• Ensure full compliance with internal controls, client procedures, and HSE policies requirements
• Demonstrated experience in project controls for major EPC projects Strong background with dealing contractors or consultancies in India.
• Familiarity with contractual frameworks, including FIDIC and other international standards Excellent understanding of schedule risk analysis, cash flow forecasting, and cost benchmarking
• Acts as point of escalation and collaborates with other business functions to drive resolution of operational issues of high complexity, in support of the customer/partner requirements

Software Proficiency:

• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, cost control tools, earned value management methodologies, wrench.

Educational Background & Skill:
