Haskoning is an independent consulting engineering company delivering impact across climate, energy and digital transformation in Tamil Nadu. We seek a seasoned Planning/Project Controls professional to prepare schedules, monitor progress, and generate management reports for major infrastructure programmes.

Candidates should have 15+ years in large-scale infrastructure projects, strong Primavera P6 expertise, and a track record of dashboards and risk/change management.

Competenze

• Graduate in Engineering or related field with construction management exposure.
• 15 years progressive programme or project experience.
• 5+ years in large-scale infrastructure programmes.
• Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling.
• Familiar with web-based tools and dashboards.
• Experience in development of web-based tools and programme management dashboards.
• Recent similar role on large-scale infrastructure projects within last 5 years.

Mansioni

• Prepare and maintain project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project).
• Conduct progress monitoring and track deviations against planned milestones and targets.
• Generate MIS reports and perform critical path analysis and delay identification, suggest corrective actions.
• Monitor cost, productivity, and resource utilisation; prepare S-curves, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams for data collection and reporting.
• Support risk analysis, mitigation planning, and change management.
• Maintain PMIS/database records and ensure timely documentation and reporting.

What will you do

• Prepare and maintain project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project) including baseline, look-ahead, and recovery plans.
• Conduct progress monitoring and track deviations against planned milestones and targets.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management and client review. Perform critical path analysis and delay identification, suggest corrective actions.
• Monitor cost, productivity, and resource utilisation; prepare S-curves, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams for project data collection and reporting.
• Support risk analysis, mitigation planning, and change management.
• aintain PMIS/database records and ensure timely documentation and reporting accuacy.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in Engineering or related field e.g, construction management with experience in analysis of “ delay claim”and creating claim schedules.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive programme or project experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience on large-scale infrastructure programmes/projects
• Experience with schedule software e.g. Primavera P6
• Familiar with web-based tools
• Experience with scheduling software e.g, Primavera P6.
• Familiar with web-based tools
• Experience with project management documentation standards for schedules.
• Experience in development of used web-based tools and programme management dashboard
• Should have worked in a similar capacity for at least 1 large-scale infrastructure prgramme/project within the last 5 years
