Job summary

INTAS Foundation, the CSR arm of Intas Pharmaceuticals Ltd., seeks a compassionate mental health professional to support cancer patients and families across India. You will conduct individual and group therapy, offering socio-economic guidance and helping navigate healthcare access.

The role requires 0–1 year of experience, a postgraduate qualification in Social Work, Psychology or Clinical Psychology, and fluency in English and a local language.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for patients and caregivers to address psychological needs arising from the medical condition.
• Offer socio-economic guidance, raise awareness about various social and health security schemes.
• Maintaining case files and patient data and reports.
• Collaborate with healthcare institutions, clinicians and other service providers to facilitate patient access to healthcare services and navigate treatment journey.
• Establish and maintain networks with hospitals and healthcare institutions, fostering strong relationships with service providers.
• Coordinate patient centric services and empower patients and caregivers with necessary knowledge and skills.
