Job summary

INTAS Foundation, the CSR arm of Intas Pharmaceuticals, is seeking a Counsellor to provide psychosocial support to patients and caregivers affected by cancer and chronic illnesses in India.

You will conduct individual and group counselling, coordinate patient services, document cases, and liaise with hospitals to improve wellbeing and access to care. English and local language proficiency required; travel up to 20% may be expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or Clinical Psychology.
• 0–1 year of counselling or mental health experience preferred.
• Public health experience is an advantage.
• Strong counselling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good documentation and reporting abilities.
• Proficiency in English and the local language.
