Job summary

The ideal candidate has a B.Arch with 2–3 years’ experience, a strong design sense, and hands-on BIM experience (Revit) with rendering proficiency (D5).

Role Description

The Project Architect role at Studio 2.47 is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune, Kothrud.

The Project Architect is expected to have a Strong Design Sense and will to venture into worldwide design practises and come up with creative thoughtful design interventions.

He/She shall lead and coordinate architectural projects from concept through construction, including design development and drawings. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams and consultants. The role involves integrating sustainable design principles, using BIM tools for modeling and coordination, and supporting client communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum B. Arch degree with an experience of 2-3 years atleast.
• Strong foundation in Architectural Design including building design, detailing, and understanding of structural and functional requirements.
• Experience in managing project lifecycles, including coordinating teams, schedules, and submittals.
• Proficiency with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools for design, like Revit ++. Rendering proficiency for softwares like D5 and equivalent.
