Job summary

Eterno Architects & Associates seeks a passionate Architect with 4–5 years of professional experience to join our growing team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on luxury residential and commercial design from concept to execution, with emphasis on technical detailing and client coordination.

You will develop drawings, 3D concepts, and presentations, coordinate with clients and consultants, and ensure project quality from inception through construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• 4–5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project handling.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative architectural concepts, layouts, and design solutions for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, 3D concepts, presentations, and detailed documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and execution teams throughout project stages.
• Conduct site visits and ensure design implementation aligns with project intent and quality standards.
