Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a proactive professional for Order Management, Order of Material, and Goods Receipt in Pune, India with a hybrid work model. You will report to the Team Lead and collaborate across master data and ETO teams to ensure timely material availability and accurate requisitions.

The role requires 2–4 years in business operations and order management, with flexibility to work across global time zones. Experience in procurement-related tasks and audits is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–4 years of relevant experience in Business Operations and order Management.
• Exposure to global work style and remote client engagement is a plus.
• Willing to work in flexible shifts/time zones including NA/LA to connect with stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in material management, shopping carts, shipping, and goods receiving is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review material demand from engineers and check parts availability in the system; coordinate with master data/ETO to activate parts; generate Purchase Requisition in the system.
• Execute processes per established SOPs; perform a wide range of administrative/operational duties for assigned teams globally; gather and summarize enabling data to execute tasks.

Job Description

The candidate will work on Order Management, Order of Material, Good Receipt and they will report to Team Lead and have a hybrid schedule in Pune, India.

Your Responsibilities

Review material demand from engineers, check parts availability in the system, coordination with the respective team (master data/ETO) to get the parts active, generate the material demand (Purchase Requisition) in the system. Execute processes in compliance with established SOPs and guidelines. Performs a wide variety of administrative/Operational duties for assigned team(s) & function(s) globally. Responsible for gathering and summarizing enabling data to execute assigned tasks.

• Effectively interface with internal and external stakeholders (in varying roles and departments); provide succinct information on time & as requested.
• Strong passion for delivering excellent customer experience.
• Strong ability to clearly articulate & convey the understanding to peers & customers.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have

• Bachelor's degree in science/ commerce/ business administration or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in Business Operations and order Management.
• Should have exposure to Global Work style, engagement with clients while sitting at remote locations.
• Willing to work in flexible business shifts / global time zones including NA/LA time zone to drive business stakeholder connect.
• Prior experience of working in business operations with hands-on experience of material management /supply request/Shopping Carts/material tracking/shipping / good receiving functions as required would be preferred. Procurement are a plus.
• Exposure around audits and services contracts is a plus. Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
