MediBuddy is seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator to join our Programs team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on onboarding clients, maintaining engagement through follow-up and feedback calls, and ensuring adherence to processes while driving lead generation for healthcare services.

You will manage client onboarding, calendar follow-ups, and data accuracy, contributing to monthly data reports and decision-making support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator to join our Programs team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in onboarding clients, maintaining consistent engagement through follow- up and feedback calls, and ensuring seamless adherence to processes while driving lead generation for our healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

• Client Onboarding: Efficiently onboard all assigned clients with a clear understanding of program goals and timelines.
• Follow-Up Calls: Schedule and confirm consultation appointments; make regular mid-program check-in calls to track progress and ensure engagement.
• Process Adherence: Follow a strict 24-hour turnaround time (TAT) for updates, maintain data accuracy, and ensure smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from at least 100 clients per month (aligned with the number of new clients onboarded monthly).
• Data Management: Maintain accurate, updated data and reports, shared on a monthly basis and as needed for decision-making and evaluation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in healthcare coordination, client servicing, or wellness program support is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse client and stakeholder interactions.
• Excellent organizational abilities with a focus on process, timelines, and data accuracy.
• Comfort with using spreadsheets, and digital communication tools.
