Job summary

Hlfppt in India is hiring a Program Lead to oversee design and implementation of programmatic interventions within public health initiatives. The role involves developing work plans, monitoring outcomes, and aligning activities with project indicators, while coordinating with SR/SSR and state health officials.

The successful candidate will lead capacity-building efforts for staff and partners, report to Head of Operations, and support overall program implementation and supervision in the field.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in public health, healthcare management, social sciences, or a related field with 8-10 years of experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Working exposure in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.

Objective of the position:

To provide technical assistance and supportive supervision as per project implementation plan, review the program activities on regular basis, compile and submission of reports. To closely work with SR and SSR. Program Lead would report to Head of Operations.
