Job summary

Workspend is seeking an MSP Program Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end requisition lifecycle for client engagements, including intake, sourcing, onboarding, and offboarding. The role requires coordinating with hiring managers and suppliers to ensure timely, quality talent delivery.

You will monitor onboarding/offboarding processes, track budget and milestones, and maintain VMS data while coaching suppliers to meet client guidelines and performance expectations.

Job Overview

MSP Program Coordinator – Shift Timing: 06:30pm – 03:30am IST (USA Shift)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and suppliers to manage the full lifecycle of the requisition process, including intake, shortlisting, sourcing, onboarding, assignment management, time and expense, offboarding, and reporting.
• Act as a talent advisor and strategic business partner, ensuring timely requisition fulfillment for quality talent.
• Assist client managers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process: requisition intake, sourcing, candidate shortlisting, and interviewing.
• Document requirement intake conversations in the appropriate database (e.g., VMS).
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of contractors.
• Monitor SOW project performance, including budget tracking, milestone completion, and issue resolution.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding of SOW resources in alignment with client policies and contractual terms.
• Maintain the VMS with strong attention to staffing, hiring, and onboarding details of the contingent workforce, including updating rates, processing extensions, releases, terminations, and other data.
• Provide professional management of the contingent workforce, including interviewing, screening, selection/deselection, orientation, supervision, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions up to and including releases/terminations based on client guidelines.
• Coach, manage, and oversee performance of participating staffing suppliers.
• Conduct supplier scorecard reviews and performance discussions.
