Job summary

Unext Learning in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end program planning and execution within an EdTech environment. You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Academic, and Tech teams to drive successful educational programs.

The role requires strong expertise in advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and MIS reporting, with a track record of team leadership. Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred, and prior EdTech exposure is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Program Management or Operations.
• 24 years of team management experience.
• Strong skills in Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and MIS reporting.
• Experience with CRM/LeadSquared (LSQ) is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• EdTech experience is preferred.
