Jaljeevika Infotech Pvt Ltd is seeking a seasoned professional to drive day-to-day operations of livelihood and entrepreneurship programs in Pune. You will ensure field work follows standard procedures, keep donors and partners informed, and provide technical and operational support to local teams.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing field programs, a master’s degree in related fields, and willingness to travel to project locations.

Responsabilidades

• Drive overall project operations, ensuring alignment with mandates and timelines.
• Ensure adherence to SoPs at every stage of implementation.
• Visit field locations regularly to monitor progress and provide support.
• Follow up with donor agencies, project stakeholders and internal teams on priorities and progress.
• Prepare structured project reports, progress trackers and compliance documentation.

You will drive the day-to-day running of Jaljeevika’s livelihood and entrepreneurship programs, making sure field work follows our standard procedures and that donors and partners stay informed.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing field programs in livelihoods, food security, entrepreneurship or community business development.
• A master’s degree in Entrepreneurship Development, Rural Management, Rural Development, Social Work (MSW), Public Policy or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in donor reporting, project planning, team management and field coordination.
• Willingness to travel regularly to project locations.
