Jaljeevika Infotech Pvt Ltd invites applications for field programs in rural livelihoods. The role starts with a year in Pune to learn SOPs and program frameworks, then leads field projects independently from year two.

You will train community facilitators, oversee ground-level implementation, and document learnings while analyzing field data by theme. Relocation to field locations is expected after the first year.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in rural livelihoods or community enterprise development.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in MBA/MSW/Rural Development or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, project management and community facilitation skills.

You will spend your first year with the central team in Pune learning our programs and procedures, then move to a field location to run livelihood and enterprise programs independently.

Position Details

What you will do

• Oversee and follow up on ground-level project implementation.
• Train and handhold community facilitators and community-based groups and collectives in program management.
• Document project learnings and good practices, and analyse field data by theme.
• In Year 1, work from Pune to learn the organisation’s SoPs and program frameworks; from Year 2, manage field programs independently.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in rural livelihoods, small-enterprise creation or community enterprise development.
• A master’s degree (MBA, MSW, Rural Development, Rural Management, Entrepreneurship, Social Development or a related field), or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, project management and community facilitation skills.
• Willingness to relocate to a field project location after the first year.
