Job summary

Ace Recruitment Placement Consultants seeks an experienced development-sector professional to lead initiatives for sustainable non-farm livelihood enhancement, youth employability, and skill development across urban and rural India.

The role covers designing implementation plans, scaling successful models, building partnerships with government bodies and education institutes, and leading end-to-end project management with rigorous monitoring and reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the development sector.
• Experience in livelihood promotion, enterprise development, and skill development.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with government bodies, educational institutions, and vocational training institutes.
• Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments.
• Strong research, project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Educational background as listed or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop implementation plans for sustainable non-farm livelihood promotion.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Educational background in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Social Work, or Management. Candidates from other disciplines may be considered based on relevant experience.
