Experian in Mumbai is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee enterprise transformation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and budgets. You will drive cross-functional collaboration among business, technology, and operations teams to remove delivery roadblocks and guide organizational change.

The role requires 8+ years in program management and strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods. MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree.
• 8+ years of experience in program management, enterprise transformation, strategic projects, or large-scale organizational change.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies; PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred.

Job Description

What you’ll be doing

Lead and govern enterprise transformation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, timelines, budgets, and measurable outcomes.

1. Drive cross-functional collaboration among business, technology, operations, and executive stakeholders to manage change and remove delivery roadblocks.


2. Establish program governance, reporting, risk management, and performance tracking to ensure successful execution and executive visibility.


3. Identify opportunities for process optimization, organizational efficiency, and operating model improvements across the enterprise.


4. Support change management and team member engagement activities to improve adoption, communication, and sustainable business transformation outcomes.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For
