Experian is a global data and technology company that builds opportunities for people and businesses. The role sits in Mumbai within Legal & Compliance, with a hybrid work setup. You will conduct end-to-end compliance assurance reviews, assess risks, and drive remediation with stakeholders.

You will prepare clear reports, maintain records, and contribute to a strong compliance culture across the region, leveraging your experience in regulated industries and privacy/regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Around 3 years of experience in Compliance Monitoring, Testing, Assurance, or Internal Audit within a regulated environment.
• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, FinTech, or other highly regulated industries.
• Strong analytical and risk assessment skills with the ability to evaluate controls and identify issues.
• Good understanding of Privacy, Data Protection, and Regulatory Compliance requirements.
• Excellent investigation, documentation, report-writing, and stakeholder management with strong English.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIA, or CISA preferred.
