Experian is seeking a Program Manager, Enterprise Transformation to lead complex cross-functional initiatives that drive organizational change, operational excellence, and modernized processes across the enterprise. You will partner with executive leadership, business units, and technology teams to deliver programs aligned with strategic goals.

Role emphasizes governance, risk management, performance tracking, and stakeholder collaboration to remove roadblocks and enable scalable growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in program management, transformation, or large-scale change.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery; PMP/PgMP/Scrum certifications preferred.

Job Description

Program Manager, Enterprise Transformation

The Program Manager, Enterprise Transformation leads complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives that drive organizational change, operational excellence, and business modernization across the enterprise. This role partners with executive leadership, business units, and technology teams to deliver transformation programs that align with corporate strategy, improve performance, and enable scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities (in Order Of Importance)

• Lead and govern enterprise transformation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, timelines, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration among business, technology, operations, and executive stakeholders to manage change and remove delivery roadblocks.
• Establish program governance, reporting, risk management, and performance tracking to ensure successful execution and executive visibility.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, organizational efficiency, and operating model improvements across the enterprise.
• Support change management and team member engagement activities to improve adoption, communication, and sustainable business transformation outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree,
• 8+ years of experience in program management, enterprise transformation, strategic projects, or large-scale organizational change.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies; PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred.
