Job description

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end program execution aligned with organisational goals.
• Design, structure, and scale replicable and impact‑driven programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, mentors, and stakeholders for timely delivery.
• Track program timelines, budgets, and reporting metrics.
• Monitor program progress and suggest strategic improvements.
• Lead partner communication and resolve operational challenges.
• Support and oversee incubation programs, workshops, accelerators, and flagship events.
• Drive community engagement initiatives, campaigns, and ecosystem partnerships (online and offline).
• Maintain structured program documentation and share regular updates with senior leadership.
• Collaborate with founders and senior management to translate vision into execution frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Management, Social Sciences, Business, Communications, Public Policy, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
