Job summary

ICF is seeking an experienced senior programme manager for New Delhi Client Office (II88) to lead programme coordination, governance and documentation for rooftop solar initiatives. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Renewable Energy/Power Systems) AND Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelors from NIT/IIT and MBA from IIT/IIM; 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Specific Project Experience: 3+ years’ experience with Central Govt./State Govts/ Agencies in India, on Rooftop Solar.

Responsibilities

• Overall programme and project management support, including coordination with key stakeholders and internal divisions.
• Support regulatory coordination and integration of good practices for scheme execution and governance.
• Lead preparation and oversight of scheme-level standard documents, including Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs), implementation manuals/quality documents and master decks for reviews.
• Develop background notes, analytical briefs and presentation material for high-level reviews and decision forums.
• Drive daily progress and performance analysis, issue resolution discipline and reporting quality across PMU workstreams.
