Job summary

ICF is seeking a senior programme management professional for the New Delhi Client Office. The role focuses on overall programme governance, regulatory coordination, and the preparation of scheme-level documents and executive presentations.

You will drive progress across PMU workstreams and interact with government, utilities, vendors and agencies. Ideal candidates have 12+ years of relevant experience, a strong engineering and MBA background, and prior work with Central/State Government bodies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Renewable Energy/Power Systems) and MBA or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree from NIT/IIT and Master’s degree from IIT/IIM (preferred).
• Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years’ experience with Central Govt./State Govts/ Agencies in India, on Rooftop Solar.

Responsibilities

• Overall programme and project management support, including coordination with key stakeholders and internal divisions.
• Support regulatory coordination and integration of good practices for scheme execution and governance.
• Lead preparation and oversight of scheme-level standard documents, including SBDs, implementation manuals/quality documents and master decks for reviews.
• Develop background notes, analytical briefs and presentation material for high-level reviews and decision forums.
• Drive daily progress and performance analysis, issue resolution discipline and reporting quality across PMU workstreams.

Minimum qualifications:
