Responsibilities include defining product vision, prioritizing features, and collaborating with engineering, data science, and talent development to raise productivity and enable rapid adoption of AI tools.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years total experience with 5–8 years in technical program management.
• At least 2 years in software development.
• Minimum 1 year of Generative AI project experience.
• Strong program, stakeholder, and communication skills.
• Prior people management or mentorship experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS or related field.
• Preferred: MBA or PMP and GenAI product/PM experience.

We are hiring for a leading global investment and technology development firm seeking an experienced professional to lead its Generative AI (GAI) program and product management function in India.

This role offers an opportunity to drive the development and adoption of Generative AI solutions, improve developer productivity and process efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional technical teams on strategic AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead program and product management initiatives for the GAI Tech India team, combining people management with individual contributor responsibilities.

Key Requirements:

• Strong program management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Prior people management or mentorship experience.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, with a strong academic background.

Preferred: Product management experience with Generative AI products and relevant qualifications in program management, such as an MBA or PMP.
