Qualifications

• Strong coding skills and ability to engage in deep technical discussions with engineering/AI teams.
• Proven PM ownership over strategy, roadmap and end-to-end delivery.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, and data-driven products.
• Graduate from IITs or IIMs is required.

We are looking for a GenAI Product Manager with a strong technical background and hands‑on experience in software development, data engineering, AI/ML, or quantitative analysis, followed by a transition into Product Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product lifecycle from ideation and strategy to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Define product vision, roadmap, requirements, and success metrics for AI/ML and GenAI‑driven products.
• Work closely with engineering, data science, and AI teams to translate complex technical concepts into business solutions.
• Drive product development for AI/ML, Generative AI, and data‑driven applications.
• Evaluate technical feasibility, architecture, model capabilities, and product performance.
• Balance business objectives, customer needs, and technical considerations to deliver scalable products.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience of at least 3 - 5 yrs as a Product Manager with technical background with hands‑on coding exp in developing pro‑typing.
• Prior hands‑on experience as an SDE, Software Developer, Data Engineer, AI/ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or Quantitative Analyst/Researcher, followed by a transition into Product Management.
• Strong coding skills and software development fundamentals, with the ability to engage in deep technical discussions with engineering and AI teams.
• Proven Product Management experience with ownership of product strategy, roadmap, and end‑to‑end delivery.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, data‑driven products, and related technical concepts.
• A balanced combination of technical depth and Product Management expertise.
• Graduate/postgraduate education from **IITs or IIMs only.
• At least one stable tenure of 2 3+ years at a reputed, large organization.
