Job summary

Vrinda International is seeking a GenAI and Agentic AI Technical Leader – Associate Manager to spearhead the architectural direction of complex enterprise AI solutions. You will own architecture, technology choices, delivery governance, and mentor senior engineers in a work-from-office setup in Gurugram.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on GenAI/LLM experience, strong cloud-native design skills, and a track record of leading PoCs to production, with a focus on governance and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in GenAI/AI leadership roles.
• Hands-on GenAI/LLM/Agentic AI experience required.
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
• Experience leading PoCs to production-ready deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture for GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Design AI agents, workflows, LLM integrations, RAG, and APIs.
• Evaluate use cases and select GenAI/Agentic AI or hybrid approaches.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a senior technology leader with strong expertise in Python, GenAI, LLMs and Agentic AI to drive the technical direction of complex enterprise AI solutions. You will own architecture, technology decisions, delivery, governance and technical mentoring.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own end-to-end architecture for GenAI & Agentic AI solutions
• Design AI agents, workflows, LLM integrations, RAG, APIs and enterprise integrations
• Evaluate business use cases and select GenAI, Agentic AI, automation or hybrid approaches
• Lead PoCs, productionization, technical reviews and architecture decisions
• Drive scalability, security, performance, reliability, cost optimization and Responsible AI
• Mentor Technical Leads and Senior Engineers
• Build reusable AI architectures, frameworks, accelerators and enterprise patterns

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• Hands-on GenAI / LLM / Agentic AI experience
• Prompt Engineering, Model Selection & Tool/Function Calling
