Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India in Bengaluru seeks a Senior AI Architect to shape generative AI architecture across client engagements, design GenAI platforms, and translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.

You will lead cross‑functional delivery teams, mentor emerging leaders, advance responsible AI practices, and collaborate with executive stakeholders on AI strategy and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 16 years of experience.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for generative AI architecture across client engagements.
• Lead design of Gen AI platforms, reference architectures, and cognitive automation patterns.
• Advise executives on AI roadmap choices, operating models, governance structures, and adoption planning.
• Drive business development by shaping pursues, proposals, and solution narratives for AI transformation work.
• Guide solution design across data pipelines, model integration, deployment patterns, and digital tooling.
• Oversee multidisciplinary delivery teams across multiple workstreams, coordinating timelines and risks.
• Translate complex analytics and ML concepts into practical client recommendations.
• Advance responsible AI practices and model lifecycle controls.
• Develop thought leadership and new service offerings for generative AI and automation.
• Coach emerging leaders and build team capability in AI fluency and client delivery.

• Setting strategic direction for generative AI architecture across client engagements and identifying opportunities to scale solutions
• Leading design of Gen AI platforms, reference architectures, and cognitive automation patterns aligned to client business goals
• Advising executives on AI roadmap choices, operating models, governance structures, and adoption planning
• Driving business development activities by shaping pursues, proposals, and solution narratives for AI transformation work
• Guiding solution design across data pipelines, model integration, deployment patterns, and digital tooling for enterprise use cases
• Overseeing multidisciplinary delivery teams across multiple workstreams while coordinating timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Translating complex analytics, machine learning, and natural language processing concepts into practical client recommendations
• Advancing responsible AI practices, model lifecycle controls, and data quality methods across solution design
• Developing thought leadership, new service offerings, and innovative approaches for generative AI and automation
• Coaching emerging leaders and building team capability in AI fluency, system design, and client delivery

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 16 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
