Job summary

Rocket Learning in Maharashtra seeks a diligent program liaison to coordinate with government departments and district officials for ECCE initiatives. You will liaise between RL and WCD for approvals, documentation, and updates, draft letters, prepare dashboards, and support trainings for AWWs and officials.

Key activities

• 1. Liaise between RL and WCD for approvals, documentation, and updates.
• 2. Regularly Communicating with all key stakeholders alongside senior officials.
• 3. Coordination with district officials for program activities & monitoring.
• 4. Taking ownership of the projects/work streams and managing it end-to-end.
• 5. Prepare dashboards, reports & presentations for review meetings.
• 6. Developing and maintaining relations with multiple government officials.
• 7. Draft official letters, notes, and briefs for departmental communication.
• 8. Support the design & delivery of training for AWWs, Supervisors, CDPOs & other officials.
