Job summary

Rocket Learning in Andhra Pradesh is seeking a Program Manager PMU to oversee state-wide program activities in Guntur. You will coordinate with state and district officials, prepare documentation, and ensure timely execution of activities.

You will develop dashboards and reports for review meetings, support training delivery for AWWs and officials, and maintain strong relationships with government partners to drive ECCE program success.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of development sector experience.
• Excellent communication and coordination with government officials.
• Strong Excel and Canva skills.
• Ability to work independently in a government environment.
• Familiarity with NEP 2020 policy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• 1. Establishing strong connections with statestakeholders & officials.
• 2. Strengthen coordination across the state,district & field level for smooth program rollout. 3. Become trustedadvisor on ECCE.
• 4. Ensure timely & quality execution ofprogram activities.
• 5 Support planning & delivery of trainings& workshops.
• 6. Track data, document progress & shareregular updates.

Key activities

• 1. Liaise between RL and WCD for approvals,documentation, and updates.
• 2. Communicating regularly with all keystakeholders alongside senior officials.
• 3. Coordination with district officials forprogram activities & monitoring.
• 4. Taking ownership of the projects/workstreamsand managing it end-to-end.
• 5. Prepare dashboards, reports &presentations for review meetings.
• 6. Developing and maintaining relations withmultiple government officials.
• 7. Draft official letters, notes, and briefs fordepartmental communication.
• 8. Support the design & delivery of trainingfor AWWs, Supervisors, CDPOs & other officials.
