Job summary

Rocket Learning in Andhra Pradesh invites a Program Manager PMU to lead government-aligned program management in Guntur. You will liaise with state stakeholders, coordinate across districts, and ensure timely, high-quality execution of activities.

The role requires 2–3 years in the development sector, strong Excel and Canva skills, and the ability to work independently in a government environment while aligning with RL's values and ECCE curriculum initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in the development sector.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between RL and government for approvals, documentation, and updates.
• Communicate regularly with all key stakeholders alongside senior officials.
• Coordinate with district officials for program activities & monitoring.
• Take ownership of projects/workstreams and manage end-to-end.
• Prepare dashboards, reports & presentations for review meetings.
• Develop and maintain relations with multiple government officials.
• Draft official letters, notes, and briefs for departmental communication.
• Support the design & delivery of training for AWWs, Supervisors, CDPOs & other officials.

4. Ensure timely & quality execution of program activities.
