Job summary

Rocket Learning in India is seeking a program liaison to strengthen connections with state, district and field officials and to ensure timely, high-quality program execution. You will support planning and delivery of trainings and workshops, track data, and prepare dashboards for review meetings.

The role requires experience in the development sector, proficiency in Excel and Canva, and the ability to work with government officials on NEP 2020 policy and ECCE curricula.

Qualifications

• Experience in the development sector (2-3 years).
• Good working knowledge of Excel and Canva.
• Ability to liaison with government systems and stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Familiarity with NEP 2020 policy, Aadharshila, Navchetana Curriculum and ECCE Curriculum is a must.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Rocket Learning and WCD for approvals, documentation and updates.
• Communicate regularly with keystakeholders alongside senior officials.
• Coordinate with district officials for program activities and monitoring.
• Take ownership of projects/workstreams and manage end-to-end.
• Prepare dashboards, reports and presentations for review meetings.
• Develop and maintain relations with multiple government officials.
• Draft official letters, notes and briefs for departmental communication.
• Support the design and delivery of training for AWWs, Supervisors, CDPOs and other officials.
• Prepare a calendar and tracker sheets, track progress, analyze data and share updates and reports.
• Assist in planning, coordination and administration tasks.
