Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in manufacturing environment and 5-8 years of experience in Engineering Change Management

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end customer change requests and impact assessment cost, timelines, associated risks and improvements
• Lead Change Control Dashboard.
• Coordinate Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Production and Quality functions
• Ensure configuration and revision control of drawings, BOMs and specifications.
• Drive risk mitigation and timely implementation of approved changes
