Job summary

Pioneer Management Consultant Pvt Ltd is seeking a Program-Manager to lead complex customer programs from inception through SOP+. The role requires steering cross-functional teams, maintaining milestones, and managing costs and scope. Pune-based position with travel to client sites and factories as needed.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or BE with 5+ years of Program Management experience, and possesses strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE with 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Willing to travel to customer sites and factories as required.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of products for customer programs (New Projects).
• Plan the overall program and monitor milestones across projects.
• Define program scope, processes, reporting, and governance.
• Daily management of programs from inception to SOP+3 months.
• Manage program cost and timeline.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues during the program lifecycle.
• Coordinate projects and their interdependencies.
• Allocate and utilize resources across programs.
• Manage stakeholders involved in the programs.
• Ensure deliverables are aligned across programs.

Job Responsibilities

• Delivery of products for customer programs (New Projects)
• To plan the overall program and monitor progress to make sure that milestones are being met across the various projects and programs.
• To define the program scope, processes, procedures, reporting, etc. to manage the program.
• Daily management of programs through the life cycle of the program (Inception to 3 months after S.O.P.)
• To manage the program cost and timeline.
• To manage the risks and issues that might and do arise over the course of the program life cycle, as well as take measures to correct them when they occur.
• To coordinate the projects and their interdependencies between the various projects.
• To manage and use resources across the various programs.
• To manage stakeholders who are involved in the programs.
• To make sure deliverables are aligned across the programs.
