Amazon is seeking a Program Manager II for Amazon Flex in India. This role partners with delivery partners and internal teams to drive scalable programs and improvements across logistics operations.
The right candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives, define requirements, and use data to drive decisions while navigating an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
At Amazon, we're looking for a Program Manager II for Amazon Flex. Amazon Flex works directly with independent contractors – called delivery partners – to make deliveries to our customers. With Amazon Flex, individuals can now be their own boss delivering Amazon packages. Amazon Flex is powered by a mobile app that works in concert with our advanced logistics systems that allows delivery partners to on-board, schedule delivery times, guide them through their deliveries with in-app mapping and navigation, and more.
PM II in this role will be responsible for the Flex IN SLS program. They will work closely with IN Flex and Operational business partners to support and proactively identify business problems and ongoing process improvement opportunities through SLS support where possible. They will monitor IN SLS metrics on a regular basis to identify trends or process improvement opportunities. They will ensure that we are insisting on the highest standard for the experience of the driver while developing SLS programs to support the evolving Flex program. PM II will also work closely with WW SLS team and other key stakeholders.
