Program Manager I, FBA Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) is a service for third-party sellers that enables fast and efficient delivery to customers. FBA allows sellers to outsource warehousing, payment processing, delivery returns, and customer service to Amazon. This frees sellers to focus on product development and marketing their products to potential customers.

We're seeking a dynamic Program Manager to drive transformative improvements in fulfillment experience of India FBA sellers. In this high-impact role you will spearhead initiatives to reduce seller contacts and eliminate friction for IN sellers.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with:

• Demonstrated program or project management capabilities

• A talent for quickly identifying and addressing customer pain points

Key job responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
• Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
• Experience conducting seller interaction audits and providing coaching to improve performance
