Easy Ship allows sellers to utilize our Amazon Services for delivery, returns and customer service for their MFN orders. This frees sellers to focus on what they do best-developing great products and marketing them to potential customers.

By leveraging Amazon's fulfillment service, Easy Ship sellers benefit from Prime eligibility, increased Buy Box wins and access to a trusted delivery experience that drives customer satisfaction and repeat purchases.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Program Manager to drive transformative improvements in our India Easy Ship operations. In this high-impact role, you will spearhead initiatives to enhance the seller experience, optimize supply chain efficiency, and elevate operational excellence across multiple business functions.

You will act as the connective tissue between operations, product and technology translating complex business problems into scalable, data-driven solutions. This is an opportunity to directly influence the growth trajectory of Easy Ship India while building programs that delight sellers and customers alike.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
• Experience in MS Access and SQL
• Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
• Master's degree or equivalent
